Gringo’s Tex-Mex College Station is on a 2.32-acre site. KT Ventures provided multiple services including; project management, budget development, and on-site supervision during the process of the project. As we near completion of Gringo’s College Station and we look forward to starting a new location in Conroe. Mr. Thomas, has built 8 restaurants with Ybarra Investments and KT Ventures continues to be a part of the Gringo’s Tex-Mex team as they expand into College Station. Opening July, 2022.
